Current Events: Learn about the world around you

In addition to our article of the week assignment and the many news magazines we receive in class, here are some other current event sources. 

• Tween Tribune: Teens and Tweens select the most compelling, relevant, and interesting news for teens and tweens and post it here. 
• CNN Student News: a news broadcast made just for teens each day.
• The New York Times Learning Network: articles, games, and interactive quizzes on that day's top stories.
• Scholastic News Magazines: current event articles at a variety of reading levels.
